Steps to Apply:

1) Acrobat Reader is required to open and edit the rental application.

3) Print, Sign & Deliver Rental Application:Applications can be emailed to: inquire@cambridge-arms-condos.com
(Attention: Veronica) or..Delivered by hand or mail to:
1100 Victory Ln, Concord, CA 94520 #5
(Please coordinate hand delivery with Veronica, as perimeter gates are locked throughout the day.)

Once Rental Application & $25 Processing Fee(per occupant) are received, processing of application will begin.

We now accept payment of the $25 Processing Fee through PayPal.  Just click the PayPal ‘Buy Now’ Button below to pay.

  • Application cannot be saved with your content unless you own a full version of Adobe Acrobat, or other 3rd party software.
  • Application processing will begin once application and associated fee is received by Veronica Gonzalez.
  • Applying for a unit in no way guarantees or secures a unit.  Only a valid, signed lease assures a unit is taken off the market.
